My husband’s favorite food truck made its way to King this evening, so we couldn’t pass up the chance to eat some delicious, authentic Cuban food.

We’ve been following JJ’s Cuban Kitchen for a few years now and it’s constantly good and consistently a grade 100!!

My husband had the Cuban sandwich; pulled pork, ham, Swiss cheese, mayo, mustard and pickles on Cuban bread. My husband says, “I don’t know what he puts on that pork, but it’s bussin’!”

The kids enjoyed Cuban sliders and they shared an order of Croquettes.

I had them make me a wannabe Cuban with the pulled chicken, minus the pork (I just don’t do pork). It was really tasty.
