Highly recommend this dish. Plantain stuffed with black beans & cheese. I was skeptical at first, too. But this is my go-to dish every time. It’s so delicious & different.
Hands down, the BEST Tres Leches I’ve ever had. Seriously, it’s a must on this dessert.
